Mike Mestas

Mike Mestas is a 23-year veteran of the Fire Service and retired at the Rank of Captain in 2008.  Mike has been with the San Juan County Office of Emergency Management for 15 years with the last 7 years serving as the Emergency Manager. Training, Exercise, Preparedness and Recovery from disasters emergencies in San Juan County continue to be his priorities.
